Terms of Service

• Provide accurate account, item, access, timing, pickup, and drop-off information.
• Use the platform only for lawful small-haul requests and approved items.
• Do not misuse another person’s account, interfere with the platform, or attempt to bypass HITS records and safeguards.

Independent haulers decide whether to accept available requests. Acceptance does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship between HITS and a hauler.

The price shown for a haul is based on the information submitted by the consumer. Material changes at pickup may require the job to be paused and reviewed. Live charges, refunds, and hauler payouts will be governed by the payment terms shown when payment processing is enabled; walkthrough or test payment records do not move money.

HITS may restrict, suspend, or disable access when an account creates a safety, fraud, legal, or platform-integrity concern. Existing haul, payment, settlement, review, and audit records are preserved for operational review.
