Community Standards
HITS expects consumers, applicants, haulers, and administrators to interact safely, honestly, and respectfully.
Effective September 14, 2026
Required conduct
- Communicate accurately and professionally.
- Respect privacy, property, personal boundaries, and agreed access instructions.
- Do not discriminate, threaten, harass, retaliate, or use abusive language.
- Do not manipulate ratings, falsify proof, misrepresent account information, or move a HITS transaction off-platform to bypass records.
- Report safety, fraud, damage, or conduct concerns to HITS.
Enforcement
HITS may investigate reported conduct and may limit job access, pause belt advancement, suspend an account, disable an account, or preserve records for legal and safety review.
