For independent haulers
Hauler Agreement
Haulers use HITS as independent service providers. They control when they go online and which available hauls they accept, subject to account eligibility and platform rules.
Effective September 14, 2026
Eligibility
- Maintain accurate identity, contact, vehicle, service-area, agreement, and required-document information.
- Use a safe, roadworthy vehicle with suitable capacity for every accepted haul.
- Remain in good standing and follow any licensing, registration, tax, and insurance obligations that apply to the hauler’s independent business.
Accepting and completing jobs
- Review the route, access, item, timing, and photo information before accepting.
- Protect consumer addresses and other private job information.
- Follow the in-app status sequence and provide required pickup and delivery photo or video records.
- Do not substitute another person or vehicle without HITS authorization.
Belt standing
HITS belts reflect canonical completed hauls, verified consumer ratings, documentation, account standing, and applicable qualification rules. HITS may pause advancement while an account is suspended or under review.
Earnings and payouts
Hauler earnings are recorded through the HITS settlement system after eligible completed work. Payout timing, transfer method, fees, holds, and tax-document requirements will be disclosed before live paid transactions are enabled. Walkthrough and test settlements are not bank deposits.
